LIFT Face Massage

This LIFT method sculptural massage is both a beauty ritual and a nourishing reset to the nervous system. I focus on the upper body (chest, arms, shoulders, neck, face and scalp), addressing the fascia, musculature, and lymphatic pathways that influence facial structure, resulting in a toned and lifted face. This treatment is both corrective and restorative: releasing deeply held physical and emotional tension, clearing congestion in the lymphatic and vascular pathways to allow proper draining and encourage vitality in the face.
Energy Healing
60 min session - $144
We are all energetic Beings. Every thought, emotion, has a form in the etheric realm which affects our vibration and physical vessel. Through this session, we tune-up and clear dense energy in your body and field.

Womb Healing

Our wombs are beyond just physical organs- they are portals of creation, and a manifestation of the Feminine. As we nurture our relationship to the Womb, we can find great empowerment.
Unresolved emotions or trauma in this space can manifest as dense or stagnant energy causing a disconnection.
My sessions provide a spiritual energetic angle to nurturing the Womb- listening to her unique voice, and clearing blockages so she can flow her full creative power.
Hi, I’m Mich.
I am a Reiki Master, Tao Hands Practitioner, Sacred Femininity facilitator in the Tao Tantric Arts, and a certified LIFT method facial masseuse. I am passionate about helping women feel their most confident, empowered, and beautiful.
I believe that we are all divine BEings, though sometimes on this human journey, we can feel small.
Through my energy and womb healing, I support women in co-creating a beautiful, and empowered life for themselves, and in clearing emotional and energetic blockages in the way of that.
Touch is an extension of the energy work I do. My facial massages are infused with intention and a further channel for healing light to flow through.
I am based in North York, Toronto.
